Where you will work

DEVCOM is an independent, development firm which delivers consultancy and management services across multiple sectors in the real estate development and construction industries across Vietnam.

Due to recent company growth the we are looking for an aspiring and energetic business development manager in Vietnam who has as a strong affinity for acquiring new business. As a senior contributor to the company, you will work directly with the Owners and have a real voice in the direction of the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be effective in cold calling and must possess the skills to assess the needs of prospects, filter and qualify leads
  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services
  • Foster and nurture new long term client relationships
  • Research, Identify and achieve new deals
  • Expert in developing and managing a sales funnel of multiple leads
  • Manage and drive multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively
  • Have the ability to understand client’s requirements to align with their strategic business objectives
  • With internal teams to develop strong value-proposition proposals and negotiate new business deals
  • Work with internal solution and project teams to deliver quality services to our clients
  • Maintain strong channel relationship with our existing partners, while developing new sales channels
  • Willing to travel throughout Vietnam as needed

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Active and extensive local business network in the necessary markets
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in sales, real estate or business development related to the specified markets
  • Track record of successful personal business development activities with national/multinational clients
  • Naturally able to engage with new and existing clients, to develop trusted relationship and eventually close business deals
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and in written
  • Team player who actively engages others in the commercial process, including exposure to clients
  • Have skills to lead, guide and engage a proposal team
  • Able to investigate client needs and to translate them into services and contracts
  • Knowledge of basics of relevant Consultancy and Engineering Services
