Where you will work

DEVCOM is an independent, development firm which delivers consultancy and management services across multiple sectors in the real estate development and construction industries across Vietnam.

Due to recent company growth the we are looking for an aspiring and energetic business development manager in Vietnam who has as a strong affinity for acquiring new business. As a senior contributor to the company, you will work directly with the Owners and have a real voice in the direction of the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support to set up and improve on HR policies and procedures including recruitment, compensation, performance appraisal, training and development and communication to achieve overall Company’s objectives.
  • Ensure consistencies of HR practices are in place
  • Co-ordinate closely with other departments in the recruitment and selection process such as conduct interviews for all positions, carry out the assessment, reference check & background check for all successful applicants
  • Evaluate and select most effective means of recruitment.
  • Conduct Orientation/On-boarding programs for new hires
  • Maintain update information in human resources database
  • To do the payroll, social health and unemployment insurance, other compensation and
  • benefits, severance and allowance in a timely manner
  • Provide suggestion for all staff complaints, labour disputes and job-related problems
  • Build up the good relationship with staff and facilitate communications between
  • management team and staff
  • Maintain a good relationship with Government organization for the effective works
  • Perform other duties assigned by CEO from time to time

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 5-10 years of progressive experience in the area of Human Resources Management (HRM), Human Resources Development (HRD), and Organization Development and/or human resources consultant with a multinational company employing both Vietnamese and Expatriate Staff.
  • Having full understanding and experiencing in Vietnamese labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, people development, employee engagement, and human resource transformation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships/networks, work and cooperate effectively and in a spirit of partnership all stakeholders inside and outside organization.
  • Experienced in HRMS and HR system implementation – Real Estate/Construction experience highly preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Psychology, MBA or any related fields
  • Language: Vietnamese (native) and English (required)
  • Office skills: Proficient in MS office
